1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ggrasia ("ggrasia," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the ggrasia Casino platform available at ggrasia.net and any associated mobile or web applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager on ggrasia, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the ggrasia Platform.

ggrasia reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an account on ggrasia, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict requirement under Philippine gaming regulations. Underage gambling is illegal and ggrasia enforces this policy without exception.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful at the time of play.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of ggrasia, or an immediate family member of such a person.

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balances.
• Each individual may hold only one (1) ggrasia account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and associated balances may be voided.

ggrasia reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ggrasia Login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password for your ggrasia account that is not used on any other platform.
• Never share your ggrasia Login credentials with any third party, including individuals claiming to represent ggrasia support.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Notify ggrasia immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

ggrasia will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility until you notify ggrasia of a security breach and ggrasia takes action to secure the account.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

All financial transactions on ggrasia are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ggrasia supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• GCash
• PayMaya / Maya
• Bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank)
• Debit card

ggrasia does not accept deposits or withdrawals via credit card for gambling purposes, in compliance with Philippine regulations. Cryptocurrency transactions of any kind are strictly prohibited on the ggrasia Platform.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. ggrasia reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of KYC procedures. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed within the Platform's cashier section. ggrasia is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

Funds deposited into your ggrasia account must be used for gaming purposes. ggrasia reserves the right to investigate and void transactions that appear to be made for money transfer purposes rather than genuine gaming activity.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

ggrasia offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry periods. These specific terms are communicated at the time each promotion is offered and form part of these Terms.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, or device unless otherwise stated.
• ggrasia reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, collusion, or exploiting software errors — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account termination.
• ggrasia's decision on all bonus-related matters is final.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on ggrasia use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or are operated by licensed live dealer studios. Game outcomes are determined by these systems and are not influenced by ggrasia or any third party after a wager is placed.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, ggrasia reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. ggrasia's decision regarding disputed game outcomes is final, subject to the dispute resolution process set out in Section 12.

Players are prohibited from using any software, tool, or strategy designed to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players, including but not limited to bots, automated betting scripts, or exploit-based strategies.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ggrasia Platform:

• Registering or using an account if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software or infrastructure.
• Engaging in collusion with other players or with ggrasia employees.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ggrasia staff or other players.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the ggrasia Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and design elements — is the property of ggrasia or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the ggrasia Platform without prior written consent from ggrasia.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ggrasia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

ggrasia's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ggrasia account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ggrasia does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Responsible Gaming

ggrasia is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account dashboard after ggrasia Login:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a set duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the ggrasia Platform.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

ggrasia reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Request by the player for self-exclusion.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from PAGCOR or other competent authority.

Upon termination for cause, ggrasia reserves the right to void any pending bonuses and withhold balances pending investigation. Balances determined to be legitimately earned will be returned to the player via the original payment method, subject to applicable verification requirements.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ggrasia Platform shall first be submitted to ggrasia's customer support team for informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory body or courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines. ggrasia's decisions on gaming disputes are final pending any such formal process.

13. Amendments to These Terms

ggrasia may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the Platform. The revised Terms will take effect immediately upon posting unless otherwise stated. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the ggrasia Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

For material changes, ggrasia will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or via a notice on the Platform.
